Complete Waterproof System for Tiled Showers
Coastal Development Corp. is pleased to announce that we have partnered up with Schluter Systems.
Contrary to popular belief, tiles and grout joints are not inherently waterproof, and must be installed in conjunction with a waterproofing system that effectively manages moisture and prevents mold growth.
The Schluter®-Shower System is an integrated family of products that together form a fully bonded, watertight assembly for tiled showers. The Schluter®-Shower System eliminates the risk of failures due to water and vapor penetration and dramatically reduces total installation time. From drains to shower benches to waterproofing pipe seals, Schluter®-Systems offers everything you need to ensure a dependable and watertight installation.

KERDI Shower
The Schluter®-KERDI-SHOWER-KIT contains all of the waterproofing components, including the shower tray and shower curb, required to create a maintenance-free, watertight shower assembly without a mortar bed.
WATERPROOFING: All prefabricated components (shower curb and shower pan) are pre-waterproofed, which saves time during installation. The kit also includes all the items you need to waterproof other components of your shower: valve seal (4-1/2 in), pipe seal (3/4 In), 4 inside corners, 2 outside corners, kerdi strainer (KD-STR) and Wedi Joint sealant tube (10.5 oz)
EASE OF INSTALLATION: the Kerdi shower curb and Kerdi shower tray are made of high-density polymer. The material is lightweight and trimmable to achieve the desired shower base size.
WARRANTY: Kerdi shower is covered by the 15 years Schluter Systems manufacturers warranty when built according to the manual.
